Welcome to Charlotte Elizabeth Ceremonies. I’m Charlotte Elizabeth Raza, a certified independent wedding celebrant trained by the Academy of Modern Celebrancy.

It is an exquisite honour to stand at the heart of your celebration. I craft bespoke ceremony scripts with intention and artistry, then deliver them with poise and warmth—beautifully sharing your love story with the people you hold dearest. My style is defined by elegance, romance, subtle wit, and a serene sense of occasion, creating a ceremony experience that feels both timeless and deeply personal.
As an independent celebrant, I offer complete creative freedom. Whether you envision a ceremony that is religious, non‑religious, or thoughtfully interwoven with elements of both, I design each moment to reflect your values, your personalities, and the unique bond you share.
I am based in Surrey and work across Surrey, London, and destinations further afield for couples who desire a ceremony delivered with grace, sophistication, and heartfelt intention.​​

If you already have someone special in mind to lead your ceremony, I would be delighted to craft the script for you. This service includes an initial consultation to understand your story, your style, and the atmosphere you wish to create, followed by a fully bespoke ceremony script for your approval—crafted with the same care, detail, and artistry as my full celebrant service.
Other Services
Celebrant Only — For couples who already have a written script and simply require a professional celebrant to officiate their ceremony with elegance, warmth, and a calm, confident presence.

Emergency Cover — For those unexpected moments when your celebrant is unable to attend, or if you are a fellow celebrant in need of urgent, reliable support. I offer discreet, dependable cover to ensure your ceremony unfolds beautifully, without compromise.
